Dan brings a wealth of experience starting as a contractor doing virtually all renovation work himself including many of the sub-trade tasks. His company, Ease-Ability Renovations & Construction Ltd. grew into a home renovation company specializing in Aging in Place and Renovations For Disabilities. He has been trained in Mold and flood remediation, Passive House construction, and Aging In Place. Currently, semi-retired, Dan now acts as an adviser for folks with home issues and renovations of all types. Dan says "empowering folks with knowledge is wonderfully rewarding and seeing them take on challenges they might not otherwise do is so fulfilling". The first step is learning the basics and that happens in the home maintenance series of courses.
