Experience hands-on woodworking with Lyndon Crossman  and Dan Nugent in this 4 week immersive course. A wide range of woodworking skills and knowledge will be shared. You will cover topics that will support the process of going from idea to finished project.  There are a range of techniques in woodworking to bring an idea into existence. From choosing materials to drafting your own patterns, to following plans, you will be introduced to a wide range of woodworking skills using rasps, hand saws, chisels, mallets and more. By the end of this course you will have had the opportunity to learn and practice  cutting and sawing, drilling, sanding, gluing and bonding, coating and finishing. This course is a great foundational starting point for anyone’s woodworking journey by touching on all the basics in a fun, hands-on approach. You will make a collapsible Beach Chair which you get to take home at the end of the Class.
